Unfortunately, due to liability issues, we do not print or embroider on customer supplied items.  We have adopted this policy for a few reasons:

  • Our suppliers provide us with detailed instructions with regards to decoration methods, drying temperatures, etc. to help ensure high-quality lasting prints on all of the garments.
  • Mistakes happen!  With our suppliers, we are able to quickly order replacement items if an issue happens during printing or embroidery.  With customer supplied items, we would be forced to pay full retail costs for any items supplied.
