How long do online stores run for?
Online stores can be open for as long as you want them to be, but we will only produce and ship the orders once the online store is closed. We generally recommend that the stores are open for 2-3 weeks. This gives your school, group, or organization time to place their orders but doesn't give too much time for people to procrastinate and forget about them.
How long will it take to receive our orders?
Usually, all orders are produced and packaged in about 3 weeks, so your orders will be available for pick-up or shipped within 3 weeks.
Do you accept late orders?
Once the store closes, our amazing production team is already rolling. Late additions (there's always one or two) cause delays that affect everyone and impact our delivery times. Make sure your school or organization is aware and give them plenty of heads up about the deadline.
