Our free shipping is with Canada Post Expedited or regional shipping partners/couriers to ensure consistent shipment times. We do also work with UPS and Fedex for rush/priority shipments, if needed.
We created a graphic to help show what the average shipping times for our free shipments are from our production facility (Victoria, BC) to various regions across the country. If you have a specific in-hands date that you require your order by, please make sure to let your order rep know so that we can ensure the proper ship date and method.
- 1 business day - Victoria, Nanaimo, mid/lower Vancouver Island, Vancouver, and most of lower BC mainland
- 2-3 business days - most of British Columbia, Edmonton, Calgary, and most Alberta cities
- 3-4 business days - Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and most Saskatchewan/Manitoba cities
- 5-6 business days - Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Yellowknife, Whitehorse, and most Ontario cities
- 7-8 business days - Fredricton, Halifax, Charlottetown, and most other Québec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI cities/towns
- 9+ business days - St. John's, Iqaluit, and other Newfoundland or northern cities/destinations
